Do most women disrespect men that are not on there level?

Ok so i work night shift with another girl at a good company and we both make the same 89K a year doing computer engineering, she is good looking, i know its odd to see hot women in this field of work. Anyways the past couple of months when were here working, we have the cleaning crew come in and clean our offices when were working. The cleaning guys asked, can we vacuum your area and she just looks and says cant you see i'm busy, he said ok, and she said i cant believe people like him only like $7 bucks an hour its pathetic.. He has no future, so i ask, what about if he is a nice guy and would treat you right?? She said nope because he is not on my level.. I noticed alot of women were only date guys that make as much or more money then them and wouldn't date any less unless he was smokin hot maybe.. I notice when i was working at Taco Bell 6 years ago i couldn't get any girls with high position jobs when i tried talking to a couple at bars etc, but now i have a good job i am almost accepted and now the same women i asked out 6 years ago are willing to do stuff with me? So women is this true, do you only date guys as successful or more successful then you and nothing else?
