Wireless Configuration help please!!!!!!?

Hi, I bought a Lynksis Wireless Router by Cisco a couple months back. My configuration worked to its best. My network works with this software called Home Network Defender that i suppose installs along with the router software. My big problem is that, a week ago this huge jack decided to push the reset on on the back of the router, resetting the configuration to default. Now my level of restriction went down to limited access. Home Network Defender is the software that controls these levels and parental control tools. When I try to move back my restriction level to "Full Access" the software tells me i have to renew my license. Like seriously? Does anyone have this same problem? I am not paying to renew it. I think is very unfair, since all i want is a secure and stable connection instead of having a restricted access caused by this shitty program i don't even want! Does anyone know how to set the configuration to grant me full access without using this program Home Network Defender please!! any help would be appreciated.
