Losing the fat stomach...read more for ten points?
i'm a teen, looking for flat abs by summer. i take dance cles 5 hours per week. it's hard for me to exercise because sometimes i'm tired, lazy, or want something fun to do. about every other day i walk about 1/2 mile. also everday i dance like alone at home (not cles) for 15-20 minutes. i eat really abd. lots of junkfood. and the problem, no moderatikon. i eat alot of the junkfood and like candy, ice-cream, chips. i need to stop eating them altogether how do i do that? thank you. also, what are some calorie burning exercises?
