Why are overweight people always hot?

Ok I'm not going to be PC about this...it's the same reason why walruses and beluga whales survive the biting cold. Fat is insulation. Additionally, there must be a high amount of stress on their hearts which causes a higher resting heart rate aaaaand a warmer temp.
