The US cannot withdraw troops from Iraq?

The war in Iraq is wrong but now it is already too late to quarantine the country. if we leave now the terrorist will think we are weak and will attack us. do you believe that? the only thing we can do right now is stabilize Baghdad with a strong government. do you think i am right? what is you opinion ?
