Some help ladies??

okay I work with this guy right. He's half asian and half american and the ladies are just nuts over em... Best way to describe this guy is a cross between criss angel and billie joe armstrong lol. He's not even a buff guy and doesn't work out much from what I see. Just wondering if any ladies could put some input on why hes soo sucessful with girls???
