How does a man get himself glue to tolit?

ok i just got my CNN web news. i am wonderin how this guy from maryland gets glued to a tolit seat at walmart. doesnt glue dry quickly? why wouldnt he have looked at the seat b4 sittin? or felt some thing wet and gottin up quickly? maybe im just not givin a great deal of respect to the guy but wtf?
