Heeeeeeeeeeeelpppppppp...?

m16&i found a few months ago a lump/ball in my left . i just did the self evaluation check& in only in the that i have the lump in... discharge came out of my nipple! the lump is a little bit bigger than a quarter. it moves around and isnt squishy.. its hard.... is it cancer???? ps im scared to go to the doctor.....
