Don't you think it is high time to refer L.B.W decisions to third umpire?

In 2nd and 3rd test against Pakistan some of the critical l.b.w appeals made by Indian bowlers were turned down by the umpires. Re plays showed that batsmen were plum infront of the stumps. Actually in 3rd test, Simon Toufel must have been the Man of the Match. Because of his wrong decisions match was drawn. Otherwise India could have won the match.
