Carbon monoxide leaking into my car?

I have a hole in my exhaust pipe and I can smell the exhaust when I turn the heat on. Also I've been feeling foggy headed almost all day everyday. And I'm constantly spacing out on the road and had a few near-collisions. Carbon monoxide poisoning? Other condition?
