Can I change which college I want to go to?

I made a horrible mistake and realized I picked which college based on all the wrong reasons. I havent sent in a deposit on my enrollment- just forms that say whether or not Im going there. Is there a chance that the college I want will reinstate my admission- let me change my mind?
