Is this a urinary tract infection? HELP!?

This morning i woke up and I went to pee and it hurt like no other. It sent that excruciating pain through my body and up my spine; the kind of pain that makes you feel like your going to vomit. I have had a UTI before and it most definately was painful but it gave me the constant "gotta go" feeling and it didn't hurt nearly this bad while i peed. When I had the UTI the pain was mostly on in the beggining and end of my stream and it was a burn. This is I can't even describe how bad it hurts. It feels like a boulder was dropped in my bladder pushing it down while I try to pee and that is such a huge pain it's hard to even notoice the incredible burn. It's terrible what do i do? The doctor is not an option at the moment i say very unfortunately :/! I know that i am supposed to flush my system and drink tons of water but i just can't. I am actually a very pain tollerable person no joke I can't do this though I can't handle this more than twice a day. Plus it might not be an infection in which case i wouldn't be able to flush away bacteria. HELP ME plessseeeee
