How do I remove the volume pot on my Fender Strat?

Want to get rid of it altogether...gets in the way and i always have it cranked up anyway. Is there a way to get rid of it, but keep both tone pots, and still have the same ground connections and all that? I've looked everywhere online for this crap but i can't find it. I've seen it done before so i KNOW its possible... just have no friggin idea how. Thanks!
