What do you think is going on during this conversation?

The girl & guy seem to be (newly) close friends, who flirt and are into each other to some sort of level. The guy seems to want to ask her out, hence the request to talk to her in person (much more personal and romantic). The positive tone is suggested by the exclamation marks, playfulness, 'lol's, =P general flirty tone; therefore it's definately something positive that the guy wants to tell her (..date..). Pretty easy to see that they're into eachother and he probs wants to ask her out. =]]]
