How could the St. of Washington take every dime I have?

My husband pays support for 2 children, he recently lost a business to a business partner that conned him. This has been difficult on it's own. I have 3 children that I do not receive support for. My husbands support was 3 months behind, he has been in total communication with all parties. Friday late aftenoon I found out that the state took everything out of my checking account, this was my money from my job as a loan officer. They left me with a negative balance. Take and ask questions later. Yeah, I shouldn't be sharing an account wih him, right? We are a team, however, I feel that my kids and I have gotten the short end here. Shame on the state, how do I feed MY kids, how do I pay MY bills. They could see that my name was also on the account. There was absolutely no notification prior to the action that the state took. We had no idea. They took and we have eaten top ramen for the last 4 days. I am so angry. Please give me some advise, tell me the state is not this cold.
