Could this be shingles?

2 days ago started having itching on one side of my face (right side underneath the jaw line). It has spread to itching on my neck just on the ride side. My right shoulder and to the right of my armpit and a little below that on my torso itch now too. I have small little bumps but they don't seem to red or too big. They do not hurt. There is no itching on my left side. I had shingles once before when I was in Jr. High. I have 'googled' symptoms of shingles but the bumps do not resemble them (not in a big cluster of bumps) and I did not have any pain or nausea before hand. I did have a couple of headaches a few days ago but that was it. Could this be shingles or a different kind of allergic reaction? I have exczema and I have prescription cream for it and have put it on the areas where it itches but it doesn't seem to help.
